Masonry Waterproofing

Most masonry products whether natural or manufactured, are susceptible to the effects of moisture. This can manifest itself during the construction phase or once built. At its worst it can lead to unsightly marking of the selected material and even serious surface damage. If left untreated this inevitably can lead to complete or partial surface failure, both of which may be expensive or difficult to resolve.

Our partnership with Polycote facilitates the ability for QSS to treat walling and other surfaces so as to avoid the potential pitfalls that otherwise may arise. This long lasting treatment once applied is completely invisible but it transforms the degree of porosity that would otherwise be evident in the material.

The treatment is relevant to most masonry products.
